This Vet Clinic's Low-income services program saved my dogs' lives, since I can't afford expensive animal care. Thank you, from my family

I haven't been to this clinic personally but was online researching places to go and came across over 12 horrible and frightening reviews for this clinic. I suggest that, before taking your vet here, you look up some of the reviews of this place and consider another option. From what I've read, I can't believe this place is still in business!

NEVER TAKE YOUR BELOVED PETS HERE FOR CARE. Based on my experience, they do not love pets - it is a business only. The receptionist was rude, the vet didn't introduce himself to me, I had to wait quite awhile and the vet dumped my cat out on the counter when she didn't immediately walk out of the carrier after I opened the door. The first sign that I unfortunately did not listen to is when she hissed at him.

Phew! The smell of the waiting room and the 4-1/2 hour wait (w/appointment)gives one a clue on the quality of service. Claims 'LOW-COST' fees- get cost in writing before leaving your pet! I am in despair over the loss of my family member...who is now up for adoption because I can't afford to bail out my dog.Family-owned business means 'NO-CARE about CUSTOMER SATISFACTION!' STAY AWAY FROM THIS CLINIC!!!! shame on you NM animal Humane Society for referring this clinic as a LOW-COST CLINIC!!!!

The strong odor of urnine in the waiting room, should be enough to make you consider using this outdated facility.

I worked at this clinic for exactly one month. Not only are they not sterile, the staff is incompitant. I would not recommend taking your animal here, but I wouldn't take my animals here as well. Its cheap for a reason.

We liked her a lot. She cares a lot about your animal. Is no nonsense. does not run unneeded tests, but does what is necessary.

Dr. Johnson loves animals and she is very competent. She will take an animal in and keep it rather than see it mistreated by an owner. some of the employees are trainees so they may not have all the answers. And yes the whole place could use a sprucing up. Dr. Johnson can be abrupt in manner, but the shot clinic is good.
